      <description>Location: Warrington | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;105/day PAYE, holiday pay, pension | Type: Temporary | Year 2 SEN Teaching Assistant - Semi-Formal Classroom   Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a  Year 2 SEN Teaching Assistant  to support within a semi-formal classroom in a specialist SEN setting in Warrington.  This is a general classroom support role working closely with the class teacher and wider support team to help pupils access learning through a combination of structured activities, practical tasks, communication support and sensory-based learning.  The successful candidate will need to be patient, adaptable and comfortable supporting younger pupils with a range of additional needs. The role will involve helping pupils engage with learning, follow classroom routines, develop communication and independence, and take part in individual and small-group activities.  Experience within SEN would be beneficial, particularly with pupils with  autism, MLD, SLD or communication needs , although candidates from care, support work, nursery or mainstream primary backgrounds may also be suitable.
