Job Title: CSCS Painter & Decorator (Airside)
Location: Heathrow Airport, London
Pay Rate: -24.00 per hour (Day shifts) | -30.00-per hour (Night shifts)
Position Type: Full-time, Long-term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week (Overtime options available)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable professional Painters to join our construction team delivering high-profile infrastructure and refurbishment projects at Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work on a prestigious airside project.

Due to the nature of working within a live, operational airport environment, the successful candidates will work to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and security in line with airport standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and coating applications across airport facilities while minimizing operational disruption.

• Maintain safety, manage tools, and coordinate with site supervisors and trades.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Valid Blue CSCS Card (Skilled Worker) required; ICATS or Train the Painter tickets are advantageous.

• Experience & Skills: Proven commercial painting experience, attention to detail, and own standard tools.

• Security Clearance: Must pass a DBS check and provide a checkable 5-year history to secure a Heathrow Airside Pass.

• Logistics: Commutable distance to Heathrow with reliable transport (no on-site parking).
