Wraparound Supervisor

Job title:-Wraparound After School Club Cover Supervisor

Location:-For this role, you will not be at a set location.- You will be covering staff absenses as a supervisor at different schools in and around Berkshire, in-areas such as Reading, Windsor and Maidenhead.

*For this role you must hold a valid driving licence due to the nature of travelling to different locations*

Hours:-15 hours per week, 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time (with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays and ADHOC breakfast club cover)

Pay:-Up to -15-per hour (dependent on experience)

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as-on-the-job-training can be provided.

• Managing-and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities in our wrapaound settings.
• Building and maintaining-outstanding-relationships with parents, schools, children and colleagues.
• Promote and deliver-excellence-by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.
• Creating-safe and-engaging-environments for all children across the wraparound setting.
• Encouraging-children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through-enriching-activities.
• Empowering-children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in-child development.
