About the Role:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable individual to join our After School Club team at Greenbank Preparatory School and Day Nursery. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children aged 3–11 in a busy and welcoming school environment.

You’ll help to supervise the children after school, lead and support a range of play-based activities, and contribute to maintaining a calm, safe and friendly atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children during after-school activitiesSet up and support indoor and outdoor playPrepare and serve light snacksEnsure the welfare and safety of all children in your careFollow school safeguarding and behaviour policiesWork as part of a small, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

A genuine interest in working with childrenFriendly, approachable and professional mannerReliable and flexible, with a positive attitudeExperience in a similar role or setting is desirable but not essentialA current DBS certificate is beneficial but can be arranged if neededBasic first aid knowledge is a plus (training can be provided)
