The Role
Are you confident leading a small team and creating a fun, safe environment for children? If you are looking for a term-time role with the option (if desired) of holiday hours too, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are a welcoming independent school with a strong sense of community and a commitment to providing high-quality care beyond the classroom, looking for a Wrap Around Care Manager to join us in September 2025.
You will lead our Morning and After School Club team to deliver a friendly, supportive and stimulating environment for children before and after the school day.
This role is term-time only, with hours from 7.30am–8.30am and 3.15pm–6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
If you wish, this position can be extended to include leading our non-term time Holiday Club, which runs 8.00am–5.30pm during school holidays (12 weeks a year).

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day running of the club and managing staff.
- Preparing and running themed activities and events.
- Ensuring a safe, caring and engaging environment.
- Liaising with parents and school staff to support each child’s wellbeing.
- Handling club admin including registers, records and supplies.
- Unlocking/locking the building when required.
- Maintaining good communication with the school office and senior team.

The Person
- Prior experience working with children in a similar capacity (e.g., school club, summer camp, day care, etc.) and holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification or higher.
- Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
- Ability to work well within a team and lead by example.
- A positive and energetic attitude with a genuine interest in the well-being and development of children.
- Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule to work shifts during school holiday periods.
- A valid first aid certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided).
