WorkWell Reporting and Quality Assurance Officer

This role has a starting salary of £ 48,698 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. This is a fixed term contract / secondment opportunity until March 31st 2029. We are looking for an experienced Reporting and Quality Assurance Officer to lead reporting, quality assurance and compliance for the WorkWell programme, helping to drive high-quality services and improve employment outcomes for residents across Surrey and Sussex. The contractual base for this role is Woodhatch Place, Reigate. The role is hybrid, with at least one day a week at Woodhatch Place (usually Tuesdays), alongside regular travel across the Surrey and Sussex geography to attend meetings, workshops and events.
