WorkWell Employment and Health Coach

The starting salary for this role is 38,090 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. The role is fixed term up until March 2029. We are looking for up to 9 people to join our new WorkWell team in Surrey County Council as Employment and Health Coaches, delivering person-centred support to help people overcome health barriers that are affecting their ability to work. The role is community based with substantial travel across Surrey to meet programme participants and employers. As part of the role, you will work with participants in community locations such as libraries and health centres. You will also be expected to attend the office one day a week in Woodhatch Place, Reigate (usually Tuesday). The post reports directly into the WorkWell Team Leader and you will be expected to work horizontally across the wider Economy and Growth function of over 80 people.
