Renowned for its academic excellence and international reputation, the organisation delivers innovative research across a wide range of disciplines and manages a complex research funding portfolio.Description Provide expert advice on configuration options across relevant Worktribe modules, recommending optimal design approaches to improve efficiency and user experience. Identify and escalate possible technical constraints, integration dependencies and system limitations that may impact configuration decisions. Attend configuration decision workshops and process design sessions as required, providing specialist advisory input. Review solution design documentation and provide structured, written feedback. Identify early risks, trade-offs and unintended downstream impacts prior to decision finalisation. Advise on configuration testing strategy and acceptance criteria to support readiness assessments prior to sign-off and release.
