Their commitment to high workshop standards plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.The Role You ll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a varied and diverse fleet. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of vehicles, including: Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs)Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs)Road sweepersHook loadersLight commercial vehicles (vans)Trailers and tippers Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Routine and preventative maintenanceMOT preparationServicing to DVSA standards6- or 8-weekly safety inspectionsDiagnosing and rectifying faultsChassis and fabrication workWorking with hydraulics and pneumaticsElectrical diagnostics, wiring, and repairsContinuous improvement of vehicle standards About You We welcome applications from both qualified and time-served technicians, as well as those looking to further develop their skills.You will ideally have: A recognised qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)A strong understanding of commercial vehicle mechanicsA proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship Desirable (but not essential): IRTEC accreditationEV/Hybrid vehicle qualificationsHGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence What s on Offer Competitive salary up to ..... full job details .....
