This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama''s Technical and Production team, working at the heart of a busy, collaborative workshop. You''ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, well equipped workshop space, supporting students as they develop their practical skills, and contributing to the creation of scenery, props, and staging for a wide range of productions. You''ll work closely with the Workshop Manager and technical tutors, with exposure to specialist equipment-including carpentry and metalworking tools, welding equipment, and CNC machinery-while helping shape a positive, inclusive, and professionally focused learning environment.
