Workshop TechnicianHigh WycombeFull Time, PermanentReeVR Talent are looking for a Workshop Technician to join our clients growing engineering and manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for a Workshop Technician with a background in CNC machining or manual machining who wants to develop their skills and take on more responsibility within a fast paced machine shop.As the Workshop Technician will be involved in manufacturing high-precision components, working across both CNC and bespoke machinery. The role offers plenty of variety, from setting and operating machinery through to producing one-off and small-batch components, carrying out inspections and helping improve manufacturing processes.What You''ll Be Doing as the Workshop Technician Setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components.Using conventional lathes, milling machines and workshop equipment when required.Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications.Selecting the correct tooling, fixtures and machining methods for each job.Manufacturing one-off, prototype and small-batch components.Measuring and inspecting components throughout the manufacturing process.Using precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet required tolerances.Carrying out basic machine maintenance and daily equipment checks.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.What We''re Looking ForWe''re looking for someone who is practical, hands-on and enjoys working in a ..... full job details .....
