Role & Responsibilities: Complete batch work and one-off manufacturing jobs. Support deliveries, collections, and general driving duties. Coach and mentor colleagues where required. Complete production paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Ability to use lathes, milling machines, and drilling equipment. Competent with powered hand tools, general hand tools, and welding equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Basic IT skills and experience completing production documentation.
