Unbox, assemble, and build new products ready for customer delivery. Carry out pre-delivery inspections on scooters, powerchairs, and mobility equipment. Diagnose and complete repairs accurately and efficiently. Ensure all products are fully tested, quality checked and signed off before dispatch. Maintain high company standards to ensure all equipment is presented in excellent saleable condition. Manage servicing and maintenance of mobility scooters. Order batteries, spare parts, and workshop consumables. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and unexpected challenges.
