We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to provide high-quality service and workmanship to a growing operations department of a rapidly growing fitout and install team. This role involves the installation of modular racking systems and electrical equipment, requiring a keen attention to detail and a strong technical aptitude.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Install modular racking systems and various electrical components including lightbars, interior lights, inverters, and beacons.
• Diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
• Operate and control technical installation tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
• Maintain machines and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Work independently to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and manage workload without supervision.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain professionalism in all work activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in installing/fitting equipment and electrical components.
• Ability to install split charging systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Effective time management and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in using computers or hand-held devices for tasks.
• Must hold a valid UK licence and be over 21 for insurance purposes.
