Key Responsibilities: Manufacture wooden cases, pallets and other products to specifications. Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, tools and equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare, organise and monitor stock and materials. Load and unload materials and finished products. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Report equipment faults and maintenance requirements to the Workshop Manager. Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
