Workshop Technician Commercial Vehicles / Minibuses Location: Southwater, West Sussex Salary: £36,000 £39,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday Thursday, 8am 5pm; Friday, 8am 3pm Are you a hands-on Workshop Technician with experience in vehicle maintenance, repairs, preparation or conversion? ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting a Workshop Technician on behalf of an established specialist in minibuses, buses and passenger transport vehicles. This varied role will involve servicing, repairs, vehicle preparation and quality inspections, helping ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery and maintained to a high standard. We welcome applications from candidates with practical experience in automotive workshops, commercial vehicles, coachbuilding, vehicle conversions or similar workshop environments. Previous minibus, bus or PSV experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. What you ll be doing: Carrying out scheduled servicing and routine vehicle maintenance. Completing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) preparation, identifying defects and carrying out rectification work. Undertaking workshop repairs, including minor mechanical, electrical and trim-related work. Installing and replacing vehicle accessories, fittings and components.
