You''ll be working in an Aircraft Wheels and Brakes workshop , helping to manage the daily workload and supporting a team of around 15-20 people alongside the existing permanent Team Leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who has good technical experience but doesn''t want to stay in a purely hands-on workshop role and wants to develop into a leader. What You''ll Do Plan and organise the daily workshop workload. Allocate jobs to technicians and make sure work is completed on time. Monitor jobs through the workshop and help remove any delays. Work with Stores to make sure parts and materials are available. Help improve turnaround times and workshop efficiency. Support and motivate a team of around 15-20 people.
