A Workshop Support Operative is required to assist operations within a heavy mechanical assembly / production environment.

The company design and manufacture large pumps and within this position you will support production and test activities. -This will include assisting in the pressure testing of various pump components in line with production / build requirements.. -You will assist in the rigging and derigging of test arrangements. -Other general operations may include the clean down, paint touch up and preparation of pumps for dispatch.

Candidates will have experience gained within a similar heavy mechanical assembly environment. -Forklift truck or overhead crane qualifications would be advantageous.

You must be able to work as part of a team but also work independently when required.
