Workshop Supervisor

Workshop Supervisor We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead and oversee the repair and overhaul of a wide range of industrial process equipment, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related machinery. This position involves managing a team of 15 skilled workshop engineers and working both in-house and on-site to ensure that repairs meet the highest industry standards. You will play a crucial role in mentoring the engineering team, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional service levels while adhering to strict health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all activities comply with the company s HSEQ policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality practices. Monitor and report timekeeping throughout all stages of the job process, in alignment with company operational protocols. Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 15 workshop engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare and review technical specifications, job costing, and value-added components to ensure efficient and cost-effective repairs. Develop local sales strategies, engage with customers, and drive new business opportunities to expand the company s footprint in the market. Actively engage in daily Golden Hour calls and customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
