You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across equipment assets. What you’ll be doing Supervise, support and develop a team of engineers. Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity. Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards. Complete inspections and quality checks. Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues. What we’re looking for Experience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance. Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment. Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3.
