We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead an engineering team supporting plant, MHE and HGV maintenance activity.   The role is working days Monday-Friday.

You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across equipment assets.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise, support and develop a team of engineers.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity.
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards.
• Complete inspections and quality checks.
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance.
• Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment.
• Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3.
• Strong communication, organisation and people management skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Full UK driving licence.
