Workshop Supervisor- EngineeringPlease apply by 21/10/2026Salary £29,947 to £32,715 gross per annumThe RoleThe Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the effective management, operation, and development of the engineering workshops/labs to support high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. The role ensures that workshops/labs facilities, equipment, and resources are safe, compliant, industry-relevant, and fit for purpose, while providing technical leadership and support to staff and students.What we are looking forWe require applicants who have a Level 3 qualification or above in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics) and a Level 2 qualification in English and maths. You should have practical experience working in an engineering workshop/lab or industrial environment and experience of managing/supervising workshops/labs facilities, equipment, or technical resources.
