Regularly meet with the team to discuss workshop performance. Liaise with senior staff to implement best practice within the workshop. Monitor Audi guidelines with staff to ensure all objectives and best practice initiatives are being followed. Maintain regular contact with the workshop team and front of house to identify and implement areas of improvement. Identify any skill gaps and training needs and assist the technicians in achieving their personal development goals. Develop individual technician and overall workshop efficiency, productivity and utilisation. Optional training available to develop your personal knowledge in areas of management expertise are available at your request.
