Workshop Supervisor (4 Days a Week) 40,000 - 45,000 + Monday to Thursday + 35 Hours a Week + Private Medical + 32 Days Holiday Hinckley Are you a Workshop Supervisor from a mechanical background who can read engineering drawings, looking for a new role overseeing a close-knit team, whilst working only 4 days a week?In this workshop-based role you will be supervising 3 Engineers in a workshop, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are followed. You will also manage an inventory of parts, liaise with customers and suppliers on the progress of jobs, and occasionally travel to sites to assist in installations.Founded 20 years ago this manufacturer have received heavy investment in recent years, with plans to double their turnover in the next 2 years.
