Workshop Engineer
Location: Bathgate, UK
Salary: £39,000 - £40,000 per annum + quarterly bonus (£300) + optional overtime at time-and-a-half

Neos Engineering are partnered with a well-established business seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Engineer to join their team in Bathgate. This is a workshop-based role, maintaining and repairing engines and mechanical systems across a variety of equipment. The company offers a supportive and training-friendly environment for both experienced mechanics and those looking to further develop their skills.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on engines and mechanical systems.

• Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs to a high standard.

• Work on a wide range of equipment — mechanical knowledge is transferable across types.

• Maintain accurate job records and service documentation.

• Contribute to team targets and performance goals.

The Candidate

• Time-served engineer or mechanic, or relevant mechanical experience.

• Strong understanding of engine systems, with good diagnostic skills.

• Team player with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different machinery types.

The Benefits
