Workshop Planning Administrator
Workshop Planning Administrator We are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to provide administrative support for a busy commercial vehicle workshop operation.You will be supporting a diverse fleet that includes HGVs, refuse collection vehicles, gritters, sweepers and other specialist commercial vehicles.This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop from an administrative perspective.Key Responsibilities Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Raising and processing job cardsChasing and updating repairsScheduling 6-week inspections, MOTs, routine servicing and reactive maintenanceLiaising with the Parts Department to ensure the correct parts and consumables are allocated to the appropriate jobsMaintaining accurate records and workshop documentationCommunicating with both internal departments and external stakeholders Skills and Experience Required Previous administration experienceStrong organisational and record-keeping skillsExperience using MS Office, including Word and ExcelComfortable working with databases and CRM systemsExcellent attention to detail with the ability to double-check work accuratelyStrong communication skills and a professional approach at all times If you are ready for the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.If this particular role is not for you but you are considering a move within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, please ..... full job details .....
