TITLE: WORKSHOP OPERATIVE BASED: North West of Norwich City Centre SALARY: Based on experience £12.26 p/hr starting pay, this is based on a 40 hour week with the opportunity of regular weekly overtime, during there peak period as detailed below. The starting rate is £12.26 p/hr but it goes up with experience, our client starts from this point and then gauge upwards after skills are taught and learnt. JOB ROLE: To assist with or complete the manufacturing, production and assembly of our clients fabricated products and affiliated clients products using a variety of hand or power tools, working from technical drawings and complying at all ties with assembly methods and new solutions will be developed through close liaison with customers and in accordance with agreed fabrication principles and procedures. SALARY: Based on experience £12.26 p/hr, this is based on a 40 hour week with the opportunity of overtime, reviewed after your probation period. HOURS: During this clients busy (peak period) they will need people to work 7am 6pm Mon to Fri and from October working Saturday mornings as well. Must have a flexible approach to working hours and be able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
