It''s worth noting that these hires are all due to business growth aspirations! In this role, you''ll be at the heart of the production process-assembling, constructing, and finishing specialist products with the use of both hand and power tools. It''s a hands-on position where precision, quality, and teamwork are key to success.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with or independently completing the assembly and fabrication of bespoke productsUsing hand and power tools to assemble sub-components and full unitsWorking to job schedules and meeting deadlinesMaintaining high-quality standards, reporting any issues or improvementsSupporting colleagues and working collaboratively across departmentsFollowing Health and Safety procedures and using the correct PPE at all timesWhat We''re Looking ForA practical individual with a good engineering mindsetWillingness to work regular overtime to meet production demandsConfident using tools and able to follow instructions and proceduresGood team player with a strong work ethicEagerness to learn new skills and take part in trainingPrior experience in a workshop, production, or assembly environmentWhat''s in it for You?Regular overtime at an enhanced rate of 1.5x.32 days including bank holidays (with Christmas shutdown)Profit Share Bonus Scheme payable at the ..... full job details .....
