They are able to offer good solid work with plenty of overtime. Immediate starts available.Hourly rate is up to 13.50ph and the hours are 6.30am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday. Overtime paid on a Friday which is x1.5 over 42 hours worked. Workshop Operative duties:-Assembling steel framesReading from basic engineering drawingsUsing various hand tools including drills, hammers etcUsing tape measures to measure and line up the productsMaking steel windows and internal steel screensChecking quality of product including paintSkills and experience needed for this Workshop Operative role:-You will need experience using hand tools such as drills, hammers etcBe able to read from basic engineering drawingsHave a good attention to detailThis is a physically demanding role so you will need to be physically fitThis is a temporary role for a few months which could then turn permanent for the right person.If you have the skills and experience for this Workshop Operative, please apply or if you would like more information, please call for Simon at Prime Appointments.
