Workshop Operative Salary: £13.70 £15.30ph per hour, £27,427 - £30,430.40 per annum DOEHours: 38.5 hours per weekMonday to Thursday: 8.00am to 4.30pmFriday: 8.00am to 3.00pmContract: Full-timeStart date: Immediate start availableWe are recruiting for a Workshop Operative to join an established specialist manufacturing business that designs and produces bespoke engineered products for customers operating in highly regulated industries. This is a varied, practical role that would suit someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results. The Workshop Operative role Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor and wider management team, the Workshop Operative will support the day-to-day running of the workshop. Duties will include light machine work, component assembly, inspection, material handling, packing, deliveries and general workshop activities. The successful Workshop Operative will work alongside another team member, with support from an experienced Workshop Supervisor. You will be expected to work safely and accurately, ensuring work is completed in line with production schedules and customer requirements.
