Our client, a market-leading Manufacturing company, is currently recruiting a Workshop Operative to join their production and assembly team. The Workshop Operative will be responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of mechanical products. Key Responsibilities for the Workshop Engineer:Maintaining hire plant equipment, managing stock levels, and using a variety of mechanical handling equipmentHandle the current production of purchase orders handed to the workshopMaintain and record all dispatched and received hire equipmentAssist with onsite testing, demonstrations, and deliveries when required (this may involve occasional overnight stays) Skills Required for the Workshop Engineer:Full UK driving licenceAbility to work under pressureExperience working within a workshop environmentPhysically able to perform workshop and on-site duties (e.g. bending, moving or lifting)Strong communication skillsDriving License Please apply as ..... full job details .....
