The Role As Workshop Operations Supervisor, you will be the key operational lead on the shop floor, overseeing technician productivity, managing job allocations, and carrying out hands-on repairs. You will ensure all commercial vehicles (including HGV municipal fleet and third-party vehicles) meet high industry and safety standards.
