This is a senior and highly important role within the business. The successful candidate will work closely alongside our current Workshop Manager, who is planning to retire within the next 12 months, ensuring a smooth transition of knowledge and responsibility. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of workshop management, joinery production and procurement, who can ensure our workshops operate efficiently, cost-effectively and to the highest standards. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day running of our two workshops, overseeing the production and procurement of joinery and ensuring projects are delivered to tight deadlines and within budget.
