We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to join a premium dealership with a first class workshop environment.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives on leading from the front, ensuring workshop efficiency, and delivering exceptional standards in line with a prestige brand.

As Workshop Manager, you''ll be the central point of coordination within the workshop - overseeing daily operations, managing technician productivity, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and right first time.

What''s on Offer:

Basic Salary: -35,000 | OTE: -42,300

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

What We''re Looking For:

Experience in a Workshop Controller position

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Proven ability to manage workflow and maximise workshop efficiency

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
