Key Responsibilities Leading, managing and mentoring the workshop team. Planning and scheduling workshop jobs in line with production deadlines. Working closely with the Directors and Design team, providing practical and technical input during the design process. Managing stock levels, materials and shortages. Maintaining the company asset register. Acting as the main point of contact for the workshop team and senior management. Supporting on-site installations when required. Overseeing high-quality finishing including painting, material wrapping and final presentation of exhibition stands. Manufacturing exhibition stands in a workshop environment.
