Due to growth, they are looking for a Workshop Manager to ensure their fleet is maintained to the highest standards and operations run smoothly. This is a Monday-Friday role managing a workshop team of supervisors, engineers, fitters, and yard staff. You will oversee machinery service schedules, off-hire inspections, repairs, and yard movements, while ensuring health and safety compliance and efficiency across the site.
