This role is ideally suited to a Workshop Manager with experience in automotive, HGV, commercial vehicle, fleet, plant, or heavy equipment maintenance environments. You will be responsible for managing workshop operations, leading a team of technicians, ensuring fleet availability, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Plan and allocate workshop resources effectively. Monitor workshop performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
