This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineering professional to take ownership of a busy workshop responsible for the overhaul, repair, testing and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, including generators and associated systems. The successful candidate will have a solid engineering background and proven experience managing workshop operations, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Role Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy engineering workshop. Lead, motivate and develop a large team of electrical and mechanical engineers, technicians and support staff.
