This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, people-focused leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, working with their team, and ensuring production targets and customer expectations are consistently met. You will be responsible for organising workloads, supporting your team, solving day-to-day production challenges, and making sure orders are completed on time and without shortages. Strong leadership and a flexible approach are essential. Overtime may be required, including working every other Saturday morning when business needs demand. Hours of work Monday to Friday, 8am till 5.30pm Plus 4 hours alternate Saturdays. Key Duties Lead and support a team of 12 employees within the department.
