Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Workshop Manager with experience in plant/equipment industry to manage a small team of 6 in their London depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overseeing installation, maintenance, and minor repair of various attachments as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.Responsibilities

Manage a team of 6 individualsOversee daily preparations of attachments ensuring items tested and fit for purposeEnsure routine maintenance on machinery and equipment inspections are completedProvide Hiredesk with list of fleet numbers of collections in the morning for previous dayFollow and enforce safety protocols when operating machineryMaintain and enforce health and safety proceduresHold weekly toolbox talksMake sure all targets and deadlines are achievedThe Candidate

You will be an experienced Workshop manager with experience in the plant/tool hire industryAbility to work independently and efficiently in order to meet deadlinesMust be hands on and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyMust have the ability to work the occasional SaturdaySeniority level
