The Workshop Manager will be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager and the role primarily focuses on: Ensuring that daily service targets are met and all maintenance tasks are completed to exacting standards. You will communicate targets and action plans to staff each day via briefing sessions with the emphasis on improved reliability. Control daily workshop loading, monitor H&S practices and ensure buses are in top condition for our customers.
