The role will suit someone with strong technical knowledge of cabinetmaking and bespoke joinery who is comfortable managing skilled tradespeople, production programmes, quality and workshop performance. Responsibilities Manage workflow across all workshop production departments Plan production around agreed project and installation programmes Allocate and brief work to cabinet makers and production staff Monitor workshop capacity, labour requirements and production progress Identify and resolve delays, technical issues and production risks Lead production meetings and provide progress updates Review drawings and production information before manufacture Advise on manufacturing methods, materials, sequencing and buildability Oversee quality control throughout the manufacturing process Manage rework and investigate recurring quality issues Coordinate outsourced items including upholstery, metalwork and specialist finishes Monitor materials, stock, machinery and workshop equi...
