The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshop staff, ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, while maintaining excellent operational performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage workloads effectively within a fast-paced environment.
