Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met. Lead, manage and support a team of skilled cabinet makers and joiners. Maintain exceptional standards of craftsmanship, quality control and attention to detail. Plan workloads, allocate resources and ensure efficient use of materials and machinery.
