Oversee off-plant equipment overhauls and refurbishments to support production operations. Ensure overhaul prioritisation, planning and timing are aligned with plant operational needs. Support right-first-time onsite repairs through strong quality assurance and control. Ensure external service providers work to the correct engineering standards and deliver quality performance.
