Workshop Labourer

About Us:

My client's company specialize in providing high-quality structural steel solutions for a diverse range of projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Workshop Labourer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of structural steel components.
• Operate and maintain workshop machinery (FLT) and tools (Grinder) under supervision.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Perform routine cleaning of the workshop area.
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed, including welders, fabricators, and fitters.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Perform other general labour tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a workshop or construction environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• FLT License or expereince .
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
