We are recruiting a Workshop Joiner who will be responsible for manufacturing products from concept to completion. You''ll work both independently and as part of a skilled team, delivering precision and craftsmanship across a variety of materials and finishes.

Monday to Friday Days

The Role

• Manufacture bespoke joinery products from drawings to completion
• Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings
• Ensure high attention to detail and quality throughout production
• Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
• Support quality control and assist with problem-solving where required

What We Are Looking For

• Time-served Joiner with NVQ Level 2/ Level 3 or equivalent
• Proven post-qualification experience in manufacturing or fitting high-quality bespoke joinery
• Strong understanding of joinery materials, including laminates, veneers, and solid timbers
• Experience with commercial fit outs,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
