Workshop Foreman Required!Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer of specialist sterilisation solutions, serving a variety of professional, research, and clinical sectors worldwide.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Foreman. The successful candidate will be responsible for take a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, ensuring the efficient build, repair, refurbishment, and preparation of equipment.Package:Salary 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEarly finish FridaysWorking hours Monday - Thursday 8am till 5pm and Fridays 8 am till 1pmWorkshop Foreman - Responsibilities: Actively participate in workshop activities including assembly, repair, refurbishment, and testing of equipmentSupervise and support workshop engineers on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on guidance and technical supportSupport the Production Manager with workload prioritisation, coordination, and planning of upcoming projectsEnsure all work is completed to specification, on time, and to required quality standardsEnsure compliance with company quality standards and requirementsMaintain strict adherence to health and safety procedures across all workshop activitiesCarry out and oversee quality inspections and checksCoordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet delivery deadlinesAttend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential ..... full job details .....
