This is a hands-on role suited to someone from a Plater / Welder / Fabrication background with experience leading workshop teams and delivering heavy structural steel and complex fabrication projects . Projects include work across nuclear, bridges & infrastructure, oil & gas, high-security , and specialist engineering sectors.
