Workshop Foreman – Heavy Plant and Equipment
A major rentals business specialising in Heavy Plant and Equipment are looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee the workshop and perform repairs on machinery.
 
Role: Workshop Foreman
Area: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 per year / £21.15 per hour + benefits

The requirements of the Workshop Foreman will be:

- As Workshop Foreman, you will be required to supervisor daily workshop operations and manage maintenance schedules
- Performing heavy equipment repairs
- Ensuring safety standards are met
- Coordinating with the service team
- Overseeing workshop tasks
- Working Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm

The ideal candidate for Workshop Foreman will have:

- Supervisory and Communication skills
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance
- Knowledge of heavy plant
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in the plant rental or related industry is a plus
